Domino's Pizza in Leipzig

I have already ordered there several times and have it delivered or even picked it up myself. It was always delicious and finished on time. I can not complain.

Unfortunately, the quality of the pizzas has deteriorated significantly, any reasonably reasonable frozen pizza tastes better and costs a book part. But Domino`s has other problems, e.g. that ingredients are forgotten again and again. Once the tomato sauce was forgotten on my pizza, the pizza was practically inedible, bland and dry. After a phone call, I was given a voucher in my customer profile, but not for a new pizza, but a voucher for a few cents for the missing tomato sauce. I don't buy pizza at Domino's anymore, but Domino's also fails when it comes to other products. Unfortunately, I bought a Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough ice cream here, normally there should be unbaked cookie dough in the ice cream, but apparently the ice cream was stored incorrectly and so the dough was not soft and tasty but dried out, crumbly and rock-hard, of course the ice cream tastes good here again ~ 25% more than in the Rewe next to it (which was unfortunately closed). From cold pizzas, delivery men who don't understand the simplest directions, can't find us by giving instructions over the phone or don't have change with them, I won't even start in detail now. The only thing this Domino`s branch can do is look good from the outside and the employees are chilled out.

The main thing is that we are within range that you cannot deliver and have already ordered great service twice

We have ordered here quite often. Were not always satisfied. But that doesn't work today! Ordered at 7:30 p.m. When we call 8:45 p.m. and ask when you can finally expect your order to be placed, you are told that it would take at least another 45 minutes - probably! Canceled directly by phone. When asked how I get my money back, the answer was rude that if you ordered via PayPal you have to take care of it yourself. During the entire conversation, other customers were cashed in on the side and you didn't feel that you were being taken seriously. MA was overwhelmed and made it clear that one should address one's displeasure to the management. Now we are hungry plus angry! Thanks for nothing !

Still no pizza after 1.5 hours. When asked by phone, the answer was that you should wait at least another 45 minutes ... no excuse ... nothing !!! Thanks never again ...

Insanely fast delivery and the quality is right. Keep it up! For me it is currently the best delivery service in the overall package.

Everything went well. The EC devices sometimes spin something but otherwise everything is fine. Above all, the staff is super friendly.

Just delicious

Unfortunately a pizza was forgotten when ordering. A subsequent delivery would have taken over 1h. Unfortunately we didn't have that much time. The other pizzas were actually very tasty. The € 13 is probably woken up now, because we paid online - not exactly customer-friendly, especially since we didn't make the mistake.

Too expensive for the taste of the pizza. Do you do that. The lid is already cold The pizza doesn't taste good, you can only throw up. Not recommended. Should immediately include a medical emergency number. Never again. Tastes better in various pizzaria in Duisburg. At least they can do pizza. It is really hot even then

So I find it cheeky that if something is not available and the colleague asks how we can clarify this (since I paid in advance) and it is said on the phone that it is noted on the customer account, this does not happen. Very sad € 5.99 which you probably put in your own pocket .. cheek honestly. I no longer order from you!

Super great pizzeria with such a nice staff. Prices are very good and the pizza was well filled. Always worth a visit....

No trash box inside

Very tasty pizzas and a nice selection. The delivery service is reliable and it tastes very good. A clear recommendation. In addition, you have the opportunity to eat locally. The place is nicely decorated and offers a great atmosphere.

Friendly service, uncomplicated order. I liked the fact that you get such a plastic device, which makes you aware by a sound signal that the order is ready, so it is not, as in other snacks, is necessary to roar through the shops. We only had pizza rolls, but they were also delicious and sumptuously filled. Gladly again!

Lot of space to eat outside

If you want to spend a lot of money on a little pizza with lots of dough again, this is the place for you. Anyway, our next visit to Dominos should be a long way off. If I want to eat a piece of dough, you are better off at every bakery. P.S. In the photo you can see a classic tuna pizza ... The fish is still in the fishing net.
